This is to confirm that you will take part as a vendor in the Mashpee Women’s Club (MWC) Holiday Boutique Luncheon Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the New Seabury Country Club located at 95 Shore Drive West, Mashpee, MA 02649. MWC is an IRS 501c (3) organization; proceeds from the event will benefit the MWC’s Scholarship Fund and an additional charity.
The Boutique will open at 10:30 am; all vendors are expected to be set up in time for this opening. The majority of Vendor tables will be set up in the lobby and hallway, a new procedure this year. With this arrangement, vendors will have the option of leaving when the Luncheon begins around 12:30 pm. Of course, you also can also stay through the end of the luncheon (around 1:30). The 2024 Boutique event was “Sold Out” by Halloween with over 150 in attendance. The new vendor set up will enable MWC to accommodate more attendees.
You will be provided a 6 or 8 foot rectangular table to display your wares. You will be limited to this designated space. If your products have special space needs, please contact the person listed below. VENDORS NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLE LINENS. If you cannot, MWC will provide one for an additional $15 fee.

1) Payment of “Table Fee”
- EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION By JULY 1, 2025 – $50
- After JULY 1, 2025, TABLE FEE IS $55
2) Agreement to provide a “Product Donation” with a value of $50 for the event raffle. Arrangements will be made by MWC to pick up the product donations prior to the event. Payment indicates consent to Terms of Agreement.
